Raviolli: prosciutto di parma stuffed ravioli in a garlic & oil, fresh plum tomatoes, basil and parmigiano cheese

 

Fish: Grilled salmon prepared with lemon, capers, shallots and white wine sauce, served with roasted potatoes & spinach

 

Pasta Special: angel hair pasta tossed with sea scallops, shrimp, asparagus, pine nuts, fresh tomato in a white wine and garlic & oil sauce 

 

Meat: French cut Rack of Lamb in a merlot reduction with shallots, fresh herbs, served with roasted potatoes & spinach
